This training will equip you with the tools, techniques, and confidence to guide others through breathwork journeys, helping them release stored emotions, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with their true selves.
You will learn breath patterns, music selection, space-holding techniques, and how to facilitate both group and 1:1 sessions with safety and integrity.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN
THE FACILITATOR TRAINING:
6 weeks in duration // 70+ hours of training

Live In-person Workshop: 2 full days of training Online Via zoom (15 hours)

Weekly Zoom Calls: 1 Hour per week over 6 weeks (6 hours)

Self Practice / Home Study: You will be given homework for daily self practice 30 minutes per day (21 hours)

Exclusive community access: Access to exclusive WhatsApp community for support and questions in between calls

Partner Practice Calls: You will be assigned a weekly accountability partner who is also studying to get certified (12 hours)

10 Independent Practice Sessions: Once you have completed the initial training, you will need to do 10 practice sessions with family and friends. (90 minutes each total 15 hours)

Final Examination: You will need to demonstrate (online) your abilities to facilitate a full session and will be graded with a pass or fail (2 hours)
