Join us on January 16th for a Sacred Roots Women’s Breathwork journey, held just after the Full Moon and days before the Winter Solstice. This is a potent time for reflection and renewal. As the moon wanes and the longest night approaches, we are called to slow down and turn inward. Breathwork becomes a sacred practice to access the wisdom of stillness, release what we do not want to bring into hibernation and set intentions for the season ahead.
